What the SF2060SE is

What you get is a rectangular front, wider than it is tall. There is a full rim all the way round each lens. The frame sits on a saddle bridge that spreads the weight across the nose, and the nose rest is part of the frame. Our supplier lists the frame as acetate. Acetate is the plant-based plastic that most designer frames are cut and polished from sheet; it holds deep colour and an optician can re-adjust it with heat. The frame is finished with acetate temples with a metal plaque at the hinge. Colour 020 is how Salvatore Ferragamo labels this version.

Will it fit?

It measures 55-17-145, which is the lens width, then the bridge, then the temple length, all in millimetres. A 55 mm lens puts it in the large range for sunglasses, so check it against a pair you already own. If the fit needs a tweak once it arrives, any optician can adjust it; pairs ship exactly as the maker packed them.

What the lens does

The lenses are brown. A brown tint warms the view slightly and sharpens contrast. Nothing in the supplier's data says these lenses are polarized or gives a UV rating, so we say neither.
