What the GG2153S is
What you get is an oval lens, softer than a round one. There is a full rim all the way round each lens. Across the nose there is a plain single bridge, and the nose rest is part of the frame. The frame material is acetate, per the supplier. Acetate is the plant-based plastic that most designer frames are cut and polished from sheet; it holds deep colour and an optician can re-adjust it with heat. It has mixed metal and acetate temples. The branding sits on the lens. Look for the gold cutout lettering on temples. Gucci files this colourway as code 004.
Size and fit
The size is 51-19-140: lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimetres. At 51 mm across the lens this is a medium frame. Nobody bends the temples or nose rest before shipping; an optician can do that in a few minutes if the fit is off.
