A closer look at the SL573
Seen front on, this is a cat-eye front that lifts at the outer corners. There is a full rim all the way round each lens. Across the nose there is a plain single bridge, and the nose rest is part of the frame. The feed gives the material as recycled acetate. Recycled acetate is the same sheet-cut material as standard acetate, made with recycled content; it holds colour well and an optician can adjust it with heat. The frame is finished with acetate temples with a metal plaque at the hinge. Colour 002 is how Saint Laurent labels this version.
How it fits
It measures 49-21-145, which is the lens width, then the bridge, then the temple length, all in millimetres. At 49 mm across the lens this is a small frame. It ships unadjusted, straight from the box; a quick visit to an optician sorts any fit issue.
The grey lenses
Grey lenses are fitted. Grey is the neutral tint: it dims light evenly without shifting colours. We make no polarization or UV claim for these lenses: the supplier's data does not include one.
If Dark Havana is not your colour
The SL573 is also listed here as 001 (Black with grey lenses) and 003 (Transparent Beige with silver mirror lenses). Shape and size are the same; only the finish changes.
In the box, and getting it to you
It arrives as Saint Laurent packed it: new, in the brand's box, with the case and cloth the brand puts in. Free shipping to any US address: the supplier packs it within one to two business days and you get the tracking number by email. Change your mind within 30 days and send it back unworn in its box; the return label we email is deducted from the refund. A defect, wrong item or damage on the way is returned free if reported within 7 days.
