A closer look at the SL409
The photos show a cat-eye front that lifts at the outer corners. It has a full rim all the way round each lens. Across the nose there is a plain single bridge, with adjustable nose pads. The frame material is metal, per the supplier. A metal front is thinner and lighter on the face than acetate. It has metal temples with acetate tips. The colour code is 003, Saint Laurent's own name for this finish.
