LW40131I: shape and build
Seen front on, this is a single shield lens across the whole face. There is a full rim all the way round each lens. The frame material is acetate, per the supplier. Acetate is the plant-based plastic that most designer frames are cut and polished from sheet; it holds deep colour and an optician can re-adjust it with heat. Acetate temples with a metal plaque at the hinge complete the frame. The branding runs along the outside of the temple. Its signature is the gold logo plaque on wide temples. Colour 25G is how Loewe labels this version.
