The HG1313/S, front to temple tip
Seen front on, this is a squared-off take on the aviator, with a flatter brow and straighter sides. It has a full rim all the way round each lens. Across the nose there is a double-bar bridge, with adjustable nose pads. Our supplier lists the frame as metal. A metal front is thinner and lighter on the face than acetate. The frame is finished with acetate temples. The colour code is 0R819O, Hugo's own name for this finish.
Size and fit
Written on the inside of the temple as 56-18-145, those are the lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimetres. At 56 mm across the lens this is a large frame. It ships unadjusted, straight from the box; a quick visit to an optician sorts any fit issue.
