HD00033: shape and build
What you get is a rectangular front, wider than it is tall. It has a full rim all the way round each lens. Across the nose there is a plain single bridge, with adjustable nose pads. Our supplier lists the frame as metal. A metal front is thinner and lighter on the face than acetate. The frame is finished with mixed metal and acetate temples. The branding runs along the outside of the temple. Look for the matte finish with logo emblem on temple. Colour 02N is how Harley Davidson labels this version.
Reading the size
It measures 58-16-145, which is the lens width, then the bridge, then the temple length, all in millimetres. The lens width of 58 mm is large for a sunglasses frame. Nobody bends the temples or nose rest before shipping; an optician can do that in a few minutes if the fit is off.
