The SFI392 at a glance
What you get is a cat-eye front that lifts at the outer corners. It has a full rim all the way round each lens. It rests on a plain single bridge, and the nose rest is part of the frame. Our supplier lists the frame as acetate. Acetate is the plant-based plastic that most designer frames are cut and polished from sheet; it holds deep colour and an optician can re-adjust it with heat. Reading the size
It measures 56-18-145, which is the lens width, then the bridge, then the temple length, all in millimetres. The lens width of 56 mm is large for a sunglasses frame. Nobody bends the temples or nose rest before shipping; an optician can do that in a few minutes if the fit is off.
