The BV1012S, front to temple tip
Seen front on, this is a geometric front with angled edges. The lens is held by a full rim all the way round each lens. The frame sits on a double-bar bridge, with adjustable nose pads. Our supplier lists the frame as metal. A metal front is thinner and lighter on the face than acetate. The frame is finished with metal temples. The branding runs along the outside of the temple. Its signature is the prominent top brow bar. The colour code is 003, Bottega Veneta's own name for this finish.
