A one-piece shield, not a two-lens frame
The BB0003S is Balenciaga's flat-top mask. A single grey lens runs the full width of the face and is held only along its top edge by a black brow bar. There is no rim below the lens and no separate bridge piece: the nose rest is shaped into the lens itself. A thin white line runs the length of the brow, the Balenciaga name sits in white on the upper lens, and the straight black temples carry the name again on the inside.
How to read the size
The size for this model is written 99-1-140. On an ordinary frame those three numbers are lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimeters. On a shield the first number is the span of the single lens, about 99 mm, and the bridge figure is a nominal 1 mm because there is no bridge to measure. The temples are a standard 140 mm. Overall the front is close in width to a large sport wraparound, so if you normally wear a small frame, expect this one to feel wide; if you already wear wraparounds, it will feel familiar.
