The AF00035, front to temple tip

The photos show a square front with a flat brow and squared corners. The lens is held by a full rim all the way round each lens. Across the nose there is a saddle bridge that spreads the weight across the nose, and the nose rest is part of the frame. The supplier lists the frame material as plastic; in the photos the front has the look of acetate. The frame is finished with acetate temples. The branding sits on the lens. Its signature is the metal detail at hinges. Abercrombie & Fitch files this colourway as code 01N.

Reading the size

Written on the inside of the temple as 52-18-145, those are the lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimetres. A 52 mm lens puts it in the medium range for sunglasses, so check it against a pair you already own. If the fit needs a tweak once it arrives, any optician can adjust it; pairs ship exactly as the maker packed them.

The green lenses

The lenses are green. A green tint sits between grey and brown: natural colour with a touch more contrast. An even, flat tint. We make no polarization or UV claim for these lenses: the supplier's data does not include one.

In the box, and getting it to you

You get a new pair in Abercrombie & Fitch's own box, with whatever case and cloth the brand supplies. It is packed by our supplier and shipped free anywhere in the US, usually one to two business days after the order, with a tracking number sent to you.
