What the VE2290 is
The photos show a squared-off take on the aviator, with a flatter brow and straighter sides. It has a full rim all the way round each lens. Across the nose there is a double-bar bridge, with adjustable nose pads. Our supplier lists the frame as metal. A metal front is thinner and lighter on the face than acetate. Metal temples with acetate tips complete the frame. Versace files this colourway as code 12616G.
