What the SK6001 is
What you get is an oversized square front that covers a lot of face. The lens is held by a full rim all the way round each lens. The frame sits on a plain single bridge, and the nose rest is part of the frame. Our supplier lists the frame as acetate. Acetate is the plant-based plastic that most designer frames are cut and polished from sheet; it holds deep colour and an optician can re-adjust it with heat. Mixed metal and acetate temples complete the frame. The colour code is 1001/1, Swarovski's own name for this finish.
