SF316S: shape and build
What you get is the teardrop pilot lens that drops below the brow line. It has a full rim all the way round each lens. Across the nose there is a double-bar bridge, with adjustable nose pads. The feed gives the material as metal. A metal front is thinner and lighter on the face than acetate. Mixed metal and acetate temples complete the frame. The colour code is 002, Salvatore Ferragamo's own name for this finish.
