A closer look at the SOPRIME/S
Seen front on, this is a squared-off take on the aviator, with a flatter brow and straighter sides. It has a full rim all the way round each lens. Across the nose there is a double-bar bridge, with adjustable nose pads. The feed gives the material as metal. A metal front is thinner and lighter on the face than acetate. Metal temples with acetate tips complete the frame. The branding sits on the lens. Its signature is the straight top brow bar. The colour code is 0SCBC3, Prive Revaux's own name for this finish.
Will it fit?
It measures 58-17-140, which is the lens width, then the bridge, then the temple length, all in millimetres. At 58 mm across the lens this is a large frame. Nobody bends the temples or nose rest before shipping; an optician can do that in a few minutes if the fit is off.
