PURR/S: shape and build
The photos show a cat-eye front that lifts at the outer corners. It has a full rim all the way round each lens. The frame sits on a plain single bridge, with adjustable nose pads. Our supplier lists the frame as metal. A metal front is thinner and lighter on the face than acetate. Metal temples with acetate tips complete the frame. Colour 02BSM9 is how Prive Revaux labels this version.
Size and fit
Written on the inside of the temple as 59-15-140, those are the lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimetres. A 59 mm lens puts it in the extra large range for sunglasses, so check it against a pair you already own. Frames ship as the maker boxed them, without adjustment, and a local optician can fine-tune the fit.
The grey polarized lenses
Lens colour: grey polarized. Grey is the neutral tint: it dims light evenly without shifting colours. They are polarized, per the supplier's lens description: reflected glare from wet roads and water is cut down.
