The OERI143LINCOLN, front to temple tip

Seen front on, this is a cat-eye front that lifts at the outer corners. The lens is held by a full rim all the way round each lens. It rests on a saddle bridge that spreads the weight across the nose, and the nose rest is part of the frame. Our supplier lists the frame as acetate. Acetate is the plant-based plastic that most designer frames are cut and polished from sheet; it holds deep colour and an optician can re-adjust it with heat. It has acetate temples. The branding runs along the outside of the temple. Its signature is the off logo cut-out on temple. The colour code is 0107, Off-White's own name for this finish.

The numbers on the temple

It measures 52-19-145, which is the lens width, then the bridge, then the temple length, all in millimetres. The lens width of 52 mm is medium for a sunglasses frame. Nobody bends the temples or nose rest before shipping; an optician can do that in a few minutes if the fit is off.

Through the lens

Lens colour: dark grey. Grey is the neutral tint: it dims light evenly without shifting colours. An even, flat tint. No polarization or UV figure comes with this pair from the supplier, and we do not add one.

It is packed by our supplier and shipped free anywhere in the US, usually one to two business days after the order, with a tracking number sent to you. Unworn pairs in their packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery, refund less the return label; defects, wrong items and transit damage are returned free when reported within 7 days.
