The OERI13XVALDEZ, front to temple tip

In the photos the Off-White OERI13XVALDEZ is a rectangular front, wider than it is tall. There is a full rim all the way round each lens. The frame sits on a plain single bridge, and the nose rest is part of the frame. The frame material is acetate, per the supplier. Acetate is the plant-based plastic that most designer frames are cut and polished from sheet; it holds deep colour and an optician can re-adjust it with heat. The frame is finished with acetate temples. The branding runs along the outside of the temple. Look for the double vertical dash rivets on front corners. Colour 0107 is how Off-White labels this version.

Written on the inside of the temple as 53-20-145, those are the lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimetres. The lens width of 53 mm is medium for a sunglasses frame. Frames ship as the maker boxed them, without adjustment, and a local optician can fine-tune the fit.

Through the lens

The lenses are dark grey. Grey is the neutral tint: it dims light evenly without shifting colours. An even, flat tint. No polarization or UV figure comes with this pair from the supplier, and we do not add one.
