A closer look at the NIKEVITALFLOWIB3543X
The photos show a cat-eye front that lifts at the outer corners. There is a full rim all the way round each lens. It rests on a saddle bridge that spreads the weight across the nose, and the nose rest is part of the frame. The frame material is plastic, per the supplier. An injected plastic frame is light and springy. Acetate temples complete the frame. Nike files this colourway as code 010.
The numbers on the temple
Written on the inside of the temple as 53-19-140, those are the lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimetres. The lens width of 53 mm is medium for a sunglasses frame. The pair leaves the supplier exactly as packed by the maker, so a small fit adjustment, if needed, is an optician's job.
What the lens does
Smoke gradient lenses are fitted. Grey is the neutral tint: it dims light evenly without shifting colours. A gradient tint, darker at the top than at the bottom. Polarization and UV rating are not in the supplier's data for this pair, so neither is claimed here.
From the supplier's shelf to your door
It arrives as Nike packed it: new, in the brand's box, with the case and cloth the brand puts in. The supplier ships on business days, free to US addresses, normally within two days, and tracking follows by email. Returns: 30 days from delivery, unworn and boxed, with the label cost taken off the refund; defects, wrong items and transit damage come back free if reported within 7 days.
