What the MIS0192/S is

What you get is an oversized square front that covers a lot of face. There is a full rim all the way round each lens. It rests on a plain single bridge, and the nose rest is part of the frame. The frame material is acetate, per the supplier. Acetate is the plant-based plastic that most designer frames are cut and polished from sheet; it holds deep colour and an optician can re-adjust it with heat. Acetate temples with a metal plaque at the hinge complete the frame. Missoni files this colourway as code 01EDI4.

How it fits

It measures 52-22-140, which is the lens width, then the bridge, then the temple length, all in millimetres. A 52 mm lens puts it in the medium range for sunglasses, so check it against a pair you already own. It ships unadjusted, straight from the box; a quick visit to an optician sorts any fit issue.

The blue doubleshade peach lenses

Lens colour: blue doubleshade peach. A blue tint gives the view a cooler cast. Nothing in the supplier's data says these lenses are polarized or gives a UV rating, so we say neither.
