What the MIS0034/S is
In the photos the Missoni MIS0034/S is an oversized square front that covers a lot of face. It has a full rim all the way round each lens. It rests on a plain single bridge, with adjustable nose pads. The feed gives the material as metal. A metal front is thinner and lighter on the face than acetate. Metal temples with acetate tips complete the frame. The colour code is 0086HA, Missoni's own name for this finish.
How it fits
The size is 53-21-145: lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimetres. A 53 mm lens puts it in the medium range for sunglasses, so check it against a pair you already own. The pair leaves the supplier exactly as packed by the maker, so a small fit adjustment, if needed, is an optician's job.
What the lens does
Brown gradient lenses are fitted. A brown tint warms the view slightly and sharpens contrast. A gradient tint, darker at the top than at the bottom. We make no polarization or UV claim for these lenses: the supplier's data does not include one.
