The MK2237U, front to temple tip

In the photos the Michael Kors MK2237U is a cat-eye front that lifts at the outer corners. There is a full rim all the way round each lens. Across the nose there is a plain single bridge, and the nose rest is part of the frame. The feed gives the material as acetate. Acetate is the plant-based plastic that most designer frames are cut and polished from sheet; it holds deep colour and an optician can re-adjust it with heat. The frame is finished with metal temples with acetate tips. The colour code is 300613, Michael Kors's own name for this finish.
