The MO0100, front to temple tip
The photos show a cat-eye front that lifts at the outer corners. There is a full rim all the way round each lens. The frame sits on a plain single bridge, and the nose rest is part of the frame. Our supplier lists the frame as plastic. An injected plastic frame is light and springy. The frame is finished with mixed metal and acetate temples. The colour code is 93S, Max & Co's own name for this finish.
Reading the size
The size is 55-16-140: lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimetres. At 55 mm across the lens this is a large frame. Frames ship as the maker boxed them, without adjustment, and a local optician can fine-tune the fit.
What the lens does
Bordeaux lenses are fitted. We make no polarization or UV claim for these lenses: the supplier's data does not include one.
