What the MARC830/F/S is
What you get is a geometric front with angled edges. It has a full rim all the way round each lens. Across the nose there is a plain single bridge, with adjustable nose pads. Our supplier lists the frame as metal. A metal front is thinner and lighter on the face than acetate. It has metal temples with acetate tips. The colour code is 0RHL9O, Marc Jacobs's own name for this finish.
Reading the size
It measures 58-18-145, which is the lens width, then the bridge, then the temple length, all in millimetres. A 58 mm lens puts it in the large range for sunglasses, so check it against a pair you already own. If the fit needs a tweak once it arrives, any optician can adjust it; pairs ship exactly as the maker packed them.
The dark grey gradient lenses
Dark grey gradient lenses are fitted. Grey is the neutral tint: it dims light evenly without shifting colours. A gradient tint, darker at the top than at the bottom. We make no polarization or UV claim for these lenses: the supplier's data does not include one.
If Dark Yellow is not your colour
Other versions of the MARC830/F/S on GlareBear: 0PY3HA (Rose Gold with brown gradient lenses). The fit does not change between them.
