The LV1026/S, front to temple tip

In the photos the Levis LV1026/S is a square front with a flat brow and squared corners. The lens is held by a full rim all the way round each lens. The frame sits on a plain single bridge, and the nose rest is part of the frame. The feed gives the material as acetate. Acetate is the plant-based plastic that most designer frames are cut and polished from sheet; it holds deep colour and an optician can re-adjust it with heat. Acetate temples with a metal plaque at the hinge complete the frame. Colour 005LIR is how Levis labels this version.

How it fits

The size is 52-21-140: lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimetres. A 52 mm lens puts it in the medium range for sunglasses, so check it against a pair you already own. If the fit needs a tweak once it arrives, any optician can adjust it; pairs ship exactly as the maker packed them.

The grey lenses

The lenses are grey. Grey is the neutral tint: it dims light evenly without shifting colours. We make no polarization or UV claim for these lenses: the supplier's data does not include one.
