L6058S: shape and build
In the photos the Lacoste L6058S is a rectangular front, wider than it is tall. It has a full rim all the way round each lens. It rests on a plain single bridge, and the nose rest is part of the frame. The feed gives the material as acetate. Acetate is the plant-based plastic that most designer frames are cut and polished from sheet; it holds deep colour and an optician can re-adjust it with heat.
