The KL6184S, front to temple tip
The photos show a cat-eye front that lifts at the outer corners. It has a full rim all the way round each lens. The frame sits on a saddle bridge that spreads the weight across the nose, and the nose rest is part of the frame. The frame material is acetate, per the supplier. Acetate is the plant-based plastic that most designer frames are cut and polished from sheet; it holds deep colour and an optician can re-adjust it with heat. The frame is finished with wide acetate temples. The colour code is 601, KARL LAGERFELD's own name for this finish.
