A clear frame with a thick brow
The 26F has no color of its own in the frame. The plastic is clear all the way through, thick across the brow and thinner under the lenses, and the front is a rounded square whose top edge dips slightly over the nose. Because the rim is colorless, the lens colors do the work: what you notice first is the brown, with the frame reading as a pale outline around it.
Small pieces of metal and print
Two details break up the clear plastic. At each front corner there is a silver-tone metal hinge block you can see through the rim. Further back, each clear arm has a little plaque on its outside face in gold and silver tones. On the lens itself, near the upper outer corner of one side, the word GUESS is printed in small white letters. There is no large logo anywhere on this pair.
Brown that fades out
The supplier lists the lenses as Brown Gradient. In the photos each lens is a deep chocolate brown along the top and thins to nearly clear at the bottom edge. The supplier data lists no UV rating or polarization for this pair, so we make no claim about either, only the color.
