GF00057: shape and build

What you get is a butterfly front, wide at the top and tapering down. There is a full rim all the way round each lens. Across the nose there is a plain single bridge, and the nose rest is part of the frame. Our supplier lists the frame as plastic. An injected plastic frame is light and springy. The frame is finished with acetate temples with a metal plaque at the hinge. Colour 72T is how Guess Factory labels this version.

The numbers on the temple

The size is 60-18-130: lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimetres. The lens width of 60 mm is extra large for a sunglasses frame. Frames ship as the maker boxed them, without adjustment, and a local optician can fine-tune the fit.

The bordeaux gradient lenses

Bordeaux gradient lenses are fitted. A gradient tint, darker at the top than at the bottom. The supplier's data carries no polarization or UV rating for this pair, so we claim none.
