Big, square and glossy black
The GG1314S is a full-rim square cut from thick black acetate. The brow runs straight across, the outer corners are squared off with only a slight rounding, and the rims are wide enough that the frame reads as a block of black around each lens. The only decoration is the interlocking GG in gold at the hinge on each side, plus the Gucci name lettered small in the upper outer corner of the left lens. The temples are wide and flat where they meet the front and taper toward the ear.
Reading the size 55-19-140
Each lens is 55 mm wide, the bridge between them is 19 mm, and the temples are 140 mm long. Those are ordinary numbers for a women's frame, but the rims add a lot of width around them, so the finished front is larger than the lens figure alone suggests. If you usually wear a slim frame, expect this one to sit noticeably wider and taller on the face; that oversized proportion is the point of the model. The bridge is a plain acetate saddle with no separate nose pads.
Grey gradient lenses
