What the GV40076I is

The photos show a cat-eye front that lifts at the outer corners. There is a full rim all the way round each lens. Across the nose there is a saddle bridge that spreads the weight across the nose, and the nose rest is part of the frame. The frame material is acetate, per the supplier. Acetate is the plant-based plastic that most designer frames are cut and polished from sheet; it holds deep colour and an optician can re-adjust it with heat. Wide acetate temples complete the frame. The detail that stands out is the rhinestone embellishments on temples. Givenchy files this colourway as code 47B.

Will it fit?

It measures 54-18-145, which is the lens width, then the bridge, then the temple length, all in millimetres. At 54 mm across the lens this is a medium frame. It ships unadjusted, straight from the box; a quick visit to an optician sorts any fit issue.

The brown gradient lenses

Lens colour: brown gradient. A brown tint warms the view slightly and sharpens contrast. A gradient tint, darker at the top than at the bottom. No polarization or UV figure comes with this pair from the supplier, and we do not add one.
