Seen front on, this is a rectangular front, wider than it is tall. The lens is held by a rim along the top only, with the lower edge of the lens left open. It rests on a plain single bridge, with adjustable nose pads. The frame material is metal, per the supplier. A metal front is thinner and lighter on the face than acetate.
