The CG1286S, front to temple tip
The photos show a cat-eye front that lifts at the outer corners. The lens is held by a full rim all the way round each lens. Across the nose there is a plain single bridge, and the nose rest is part of the frame. Our supplier lists the frame as acetate. Acetate is the plant-based plastic that most designer frames are cut and polished from sheet; it holds deep colour and an optician can re-adjust it with heat. Acetate temples complete the frame. Cutler and Gross files this colourway as code 002.

Written on the inside of the temple as 55-15-145, those are the lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimetres. The lens width of 55 mm is large for a sunglasses frame. Nobody bends the temples or nose rest before shipping; an optician can do that in a few minutes if the fit is off.
