BB0157S: shape and build
Seen front on, this is a curved wraparound front that follows the face. The lens is held by a full rim all the way round each lens. It rests on a plain single bridge, and the nose rest is part of the frame. The feed gives the material as acetate, though in the photos the front looks like injected plastic. The frame is finished with wide acetate temples. The branding runs along the outside of the temple. Look for the embossed logo on wide aerodynamic temples. Balenciaga files this colourway as code 004.
