The OR0060, front to temple tip

The photos show a square front with a flat brow and squared corners. It has a full rim all the way round each lens. It rests on a saddle bridge that spreads the weight across the nose, and the nose rest is part of the frame. The frame material is plastic, per the supplier. An injected plastic frame is light and springy. Acetate temples complete the frame. The colour code is 92X, Adidas's own name for this finish.

Reading the size

Written on the inside of the temple as 54-19-145, those are the lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimetres. A 54 mm lens puts it in the medium range for sunglasses, so check it against a pair you already own. It ships unadjusted, straight from the box; a quick visit to an optician sorts any fit issue.

Through the lens

The lenses are blue mirror. A blue tint gives the view a cooler cast. A mirror coating that hides the eyes and throws glare back. The supplier's data carries no polarization or UV rating for this pair, so we claim none.
