OR0043-H: shape and build
The photos show a square front with a flat brow and squared corners. There is a full rim all the way round each lens. It rests on a plain single bridge, with adjustable nose pads. Our supplier lists the frame as plastic. An injected plastic frame is light and springy. Mixed metal and acetate temples complete the frame. The branding runs along the outside of the temple. Its signature is the two-tone temples with adidas trefoil logo. Colour 02C is how Adidas labels this version.
How it fits
It measures 55-19-145, which is the lens width, then the bridge, then the temple length, all in millimetres. At 55 mm across the lens this is a large frame. Nobody bends the temples or nose rest before shipping; an optician can do that in a few minutes if the fit is off.
The smoke mirror lenses
Smoke mirror lenses are fitted. Grey is the neutral tint: it dims light evenly without shifting colours. A mirror coating that hides the eyes and throws glare back. We make no polarization or UV claim for these lenses: the supplier's data does not include one.
