What the OR0027 is

What you get is a cat-eye front that lifts at the outer corners. The lens is held by a full rim all the way round each lens. Across the nose there is a saddle bridge that spreads the weight across the nose, and the nose rest is part of the frame. Our supplier lists the frame as plastic. An injected plastic frame is light and springy. The frame is finished with acetate temples. Colour 56X is how Adidas labels this version.

The size is 55-13-140: lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimetres. At 55 mm across the lens this is a large frame. It ships unadjusted, straight from the box; a quick visit to an optician sorts any fit issue.

Lens colour and finish

The lenses are blue mirror. A blue tint gives the view a cooler cast. A mirror coating that hides the eyes and throws glare back. The supplier's data carries no polarization or UV rating for this pair, so we claim none.
