The OR0009-H, front to temple tip

In the photos the Adidas OR0009-H is a round lens. There is a full rim all the way round each lens. The frame sits on a keyhole bridge, with adjustable nose pads. The feed gives the material as plastic, though in the photos the front looks like acetate. It has acetate temples. The branding runs along the outside of the temple. The detail that stands out is the contrasting off-white temples. Colour 52U is how Adidas labels this version.

How it fits

Written on the inside of the temple as 54-16-135, those are the lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimetres. A 54 mm lens puts it in the medium range for sunglasses, so check it against a pair you already own. If the fit needs a tweak once it arrives, any optician can adjust it; pairs ship exactly as the maker packed them.

What the lens does

Lens colour: bordeaux mirror. A mirror coating that hides the eyes and throws glare back. Nothing in the supplier's data says these lenses are polarized or gives a UV rating, so we say neither.
